Please note that our Practices will be closed for our quarterly training in practice from 1pm on 16/9/26 for appointments. Our online Accurx system will also close to medical requests from this time. You will still be able to request administrative queries such as letter request/prescription requests. If you have a medical query, please contact 111 or alternatively you can visit your local pharmacy for advice on acute minor issues. 111 are aware of our Training in Practice afternoon and have additional capacity to cover this. Important update for patients receiving B12 injections. Going forward, you will need to collect your prescribed B12 injection from your pharmacy and bring it with you to your appointment. We will no longer be ordering B12 injections on patients’ behalf. Click here for more information. We have started to use e-mail for contacting our patients. Registering With Melrose Surgery
